"Let the little children come to me..."

The Children’s Ministry is committed to supporting each child of our Fellowship as a cherished member of the body of Christ. Our vision is to assist church families in the Christian nurture of their children that they might become joyful and obedient disciples of Christ, accepting Christ into their hearts and proclaiming the Kingdom of God in their own lives. Further it is our vision to find opportunities, as a Ministry, to proclaim the gospel to unchurched children and their families, inviting them into the fellowship of the body of Christ.

SonDance: Children’s Sunday School

Follow the sound of singing upstairs on Sunday’s morning for Children’s Sunday School, SonDance. Children ages 2-10 meet upstairs from 9:15-10:15AM Sunday mornings September through May. We gather together for fellowship, praying, and singing and then split into our age level classes for a Bible lesson, craft, and snack. Parents are invited, but not required, to stay with their children.

Nursery

The Grace & Peace Nursery meets every Sunday from 10:15am through the end of our worship service (between 12:00 to 12:15). All children ages 6 months through age 3 are welcome. When you arrive at our building, a Host can show you how to find the Nursery.

Kids Club

Children at Grace and Peace worship and follow the liturgy with their parents/guardians. During the sermon time, children ages 4-10 are invited to participate in Kids' Club. Children are led by loving volunteers in fellowship, singing, a Bible lesson with discussion, and a game if time allows. After the sermon, children return to continue to worship with their parents/guardians.
